Yosef Magid founded SYMREC on a simple belief: the best deals come from the best partners. His background is not purely financial, it is operational.

Before launching SYMREC, he built his foundation through hands-on roles in property management, commercial real estate, and development execution across New Jersey and the Mid-Atlantic. That experience shaped how the firm approaches each project, not as a passive investor, but as a working partner embedded in the development process.

SYMREC’s edge comes from that operational fluency. The firm understands what developers need, when they need it, and what it actually takes to move a project from concept to delivery.
